Substitution, Replacement, and Return Policy

At Robert Anthony Florist, we are committed to delivering your important emotional, floral sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal value to the flowers shown in a particular website image. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal value. Containers for plants will be as close as possible to those displayed for items online.
Substitutions for Special Occasions
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery if the flowers you requested are not available and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided to discuss other options. We will substitute to the closest flowers/color that are available to fulfill your order.
Replacements and Refunds
Pick-Up Refund Policies
Items must be picked up during normal business operating hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Sat 10 AM to 3 PM. Occasionally, we will observe different operating hours (such as during holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, or during holiday weekends like Labor Day weekend). We strongly recommend you verify with our Google Business Listing page what the hours of operation will be on the day of your intended pick-up order.
There are no refunds issued on items (flowers, plants, gifts, etc) not picked up. We will keep fresh flowers in our cooler if they are not picked up on the day they were requested to be ready by, but no refund will be issued for items that are never picked up. If you place an order and call to cancel said order after the order has been made or after product has been ordered to fulfill said order, no refund will be issued.
Replacements and Refunds on Fresh Flowers, Plants, and Gifts
If you order a bouquet of fresh flowers and it wilts prematurely, we would be happy to provide you with a replacement bouquet. Because cut flowers are a perishable product, the window for requesting a replacement on a bouquet will be limited to 48 hours from the time of receiving the item. Please call or email the shop to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the dissatisfactory bouquet so we can discuss exchanging it with a fresh one.
The same policy will be upheld for green plants, blooming plants, and dish garden planters.
If an ordered gift item is unavailable and we cannot fulfill the order as requested (IE: we run out of a balloon, container, etc), we will issue a refund on the item that is unavailable. We will alert you of this change via telephone or email.
If we cannot fulfill a requested floral or green plant order due to a shortage on product availability or a logistical failure on our part, we will call or email you to discuss substitutionary ideas and/or a refund on your order.
